Re: Air Force Jokes

I did some Boxing with the Ramstein team in 77-78. Went to Frankfurt, Baumholder, Vilsek, England, Spain, and Italy on the Air Force dime. Never got to Berlin. Was too much of a hassle in those days. Left Germany in Jan 79 and landed in Savanah Georgia. Six months later, Home in California. Went bac...

Re: Air Force Jokes

Funny. I was stationed at Ramstein 76, 77 and 78. I was Army, attached to an Air Defense Artillary Batallion. The Army v Air Force jokes brought back alot of memories. Drove up and down the autobaun in a Yellow 1966 Mustang with a 6 in it. Have a nephew headed to Korbach. North of Frantfurt. Small w...

Re: Chris Craft 430ies

Thank you for the heads up on the time required. I have a die grinder, I can get the abraisive rolls and have a bench that is well suited for that messy task. With a little luck, a couple hours a day will keep my nephew busy and give me a piece of eye candy like yours. Yours does look good. TJR

Re: Output shaft question 66-68

I can promise you failure within a short period of time. The output shaft on the Lincolns was intended to soften the impact of shifts for a smoother ride. Simple truth is the more splines the merrier. And stronger. A tranny shop could rebuild your 462 case with FE or truck shafts that would be much ...
