In the third picture, my other 59 430 has a curved arm ....would this be a replacement unit?
I have not looked at the part number yet...Maybe a distributor out of a 462 motor?

Distributor Vac Advance 1959 Lincoln 430. Can any one tell me if there is a supplier for a vacuum advance unit for a 430 MEL Engine. Here is what I have. John here is a pic of my pump ....its really not much ..... Just an adapter that mounts on top.. DSCN2206-vi.jpg You can mill an adapter with 3 outlets ...radius the ends add some fins on top for the cool factor ... and you got it! Here is a place where you can get Fuel pump parts. Then and now auto...

Yes this is all good advice .... jegs has the best price shipping and handling.....
I used a .250 spacer under a stock carter with an aluminum heat shield.
The Pertronix unit hooks up in 5 minutes.........
