Does anybody know where to find these seals to the steering on Edsel or any seals from another brand that will fit?

I have bought a new pair of rocker arm shafts on e-bay from a seller named "old-parts".
They don't look similar to the originals and I wonder if this is going to work?

Can the extra holes in the original shafts been an idea that didn't
work out so well?
