427 Block Repair

I have a pair of 427's from a CC Roamer. The boat gone on to another life, but the engines are being recycled and need repair. They have what I think is common problem of frozen water jackets, which cracked the block in the 'vee' area inboard of cylinders #3 and #7. Has anyone had positive experience with repairing this type cracking? I'm in SE Michigan.

PS... all the marine-specific hardware off both engines (including Paragons) are for sale...
