DIYer in need of all help!

Well the title says it all. I've no budget and a 1969 27' Hard Top Express. Hull# FXA275016 (Any history or info would be great)! I found her in the middle of GA on the hard for over 8 years or better. In very sad shape- I paid for the trailer, a 10 thousand pound alum EZ-Load, and the seller said I had to take the boat too! She has twin 327Qs and the hull and superstructure look ok. Jumped in her over the weekend and started cleaning her out. The back electrical panel is off and all the wiring at the helm station looks like a "birds nest". Anybody aware of wiring diagrams for this boat? The wood in the cabin looks like it could be nice again with a little work but all the framing around the windows is shot. Any suggestions on the best/proper way to pull the windows and replace the rooted wood? I'm thinking about going back with a synthetic wood. Everything in the cabin- head, cooler, sink, woodwork, etc. seem to be OEM. The deck aft appears to be okay with only a few soft spots and minor spider cracks. No seats. Some of the exterior has a horrendus (sp?) white paint job which appears to have been applied with out any surface prep! I'm going to get out the buffer and see what I can find under the paint. The motors, trans, shafts, struts, wheels, rudders are all here but haven't dug to deep into them yet. From a quick look the engines port has a rusted coupler on the exhaust manifold and starboard looks to be mounted about 3" forward of the port engine. Any suggestions/hints/ideas on instructional books/DVDs, pesonal experence, shop manuals. I'd like to get her up and running and sound on the water. Not fancy as I cann't afford fancy but safe, funtional, sure and fun would work.
