House rules

Reproduced by kind permission of the Nottingham Evening Post:

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmm, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, TIM, Tim, are you a VEGETABLE?! This is clearly another "scheme" by the "planners" to "improve" the "roads" by forcing motorists onto trams and buses which I have apparently "proven" in previous "threads" that this is much more "dangerous" because "of" statistics. Yeah STATISTICS. Look back at all my previous threads and you will see THEM plain as "day". How can any sensible person not see that removing pedestrian crossings is the best way to reduce pedestrian "deaths", which by the way are suicides anyway if you ask me, because then nobody will be crossing the roads and strangling the life blood of the economy by making motorists wait 5 hours for them to cross. As for cyclists, these kill more people than hedgehogs, but less than cancer, and so should be banned because they are also the sole cause of congestion. The "safety" statistics the "planners" use for road accidents is skewed anyway because of the extreme death toll caused by pedestrians tripping over banana skins left by cyclists when getting off buses and then headbutting nearby parked cars, which "apparently" is classed as a road accident. If you "ask" any person who knows anything about "safety" they'll tell you that all of this increases the danger "to" motorists too *** because *** they will be able to avoid crashing at 40mph using driving but if they're at 30mph and have soothing music on their car radio they will quite obviously fall asleep. Why can't you SEE this?!

This bring us nicely to the house rules which apply to all visitors and must be respected:

1) BJ Mann knows everything

2) BJ Mann is always right

3) Anyone who disputes points 1 and 2 will be unmercifully insulted, ridiculed and abused.

4) Irrespective of whether or not you agree with BJ Mann, BJ Mann reserves the right to insult, ridicule and abuse you.

5) BJ Manns decision is final and always right.

6) In case of disputes rule 5 always applies.

7) These rules also apply to any other forum BJ Mann decides to spam with his nonsense.

You missed one:

George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George, George!

Pedestrians killed by Cyclists:

1992 - 3,
1993 - 4,
1994 - 4,
1995 - 4,
1996 - 2,
1997 - 2,
1998 - 2,
1999 - 5,
2000 - 1
2001 - 2005? - 12.

That's nearly three a year.

Now would you like to scale that up by the passenger mileage differential between motor vehicles and cycles?

Oh, and here's a bonus for you:

Cyclists killed by cyclists:

1992 - 5,
1993 - 4,
1994 - 6,
1995 - 9,
1996 - 5.
