toploader clutch questions

I've taken the clutch assembly apart on my 66 galaxie. I dont know how to determine when parts are too worn or need replaced. The fork has wear on the fingers, but how much is too much? The fork has a small hole where the pushrod interfaces it, which I would think is not a good thing. I have a 11.5 inch disc that is a dual disc. When to replace? Also, how do you know if the throwout bearing is ok. It is tight and spins fine. Are fork boots still available? Where should I look if I need to replace stuff? Do you typically clean the pressure plate / flywheel? If so, what do you clean it with?

Thanks,
Tom

Some pictures would be helpful, but

most parts are fine with "normal" wear. A dual disc isn't stock, so so idea what your'e dealing with. I'd also be surprised if a dual was 11.5", but could be wrong. The release bearing sounds fine and the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel can be liberally sprayed with brake clean.

The flywheel can usualy be resurfaced and sometines the P/P as well. Depends on how they look. Slight warpage and bluing are normal, but if it's got heat cracks, replacement may be required. Best bet is take it to a competant machine shop and they will tell you what you need. Opinions here may vary.
