Where can I get wall thickness checked ...

in Pontiac, MI area.
And what is the minimum thickness of the walls?

Usually no less then .100 cylinder wall thickness~

You should be able to find a good local machine shop to do the task for ya. Have them Mag the block to make sure there are no cracks in it. JMHO

In my own shop - not too far away. Off Martin Rd between Oakley Park and Richardson. About 5200 sq ft now - and crowded. A lot more equipment now, and adding every day.

The MC Steel guys had lease issues and moved into a smaller building. Too bad really 'cuz the old building was 42,000 sq. & had a ton of open space available. I'll cube out the new place in about a year - but it is a very nice building...
