I've looked into this and I can do it, but with the exchange and shipping the hats would be quite spendy.
We needed these for us follicly challenged.
I've had custom hats done for myself and it is easy.

hey guys, i joined the forum about a year ago, i don't post much but read the valuable info all provide each day. i own my own tee shirt and embroidery shop and would be happy to help out the forum (since i don't post any useful info!) in anyway possible. the ford fe logo with the crossed flags would look awesome on a black hat or a collared shirt. not trying to "whore it up" but would like to contribute to this great site in any way possible. (anyone want to trade a 390 for some wearables?). just kidding, though i do need a 390/428 for my '67 mustang fastback s code that has been 4 years in the making! let me know if anyone is interested and i can put one together and hopefully get it on the site before christmas.
speaking of christmas i gotta go, it's 20 degrees her in northern nj this morning and i need to get the christmas lights up before it snows tonight!

My wife also has two commercial embroidery machines. The cost would be in the type of quality of hat you would want and the number of stitches in the logo. The logo would have to be digitized and if someone has a clean vector file of the logo it would help in its digitizing.
Most places charge a setup fee and then for the number of stitches required for the logo. I am assuming Anthony owns the FE forum and any logos that go with it so he would have to come on board to approve anything we would want to do.
