I searched this awhile ago, I was looking to add one to my 69 S code. But if you are looking to keep everything original, consider paying alot for all the parts. For the cooler itself, if I remember right, it was like close to $600-$700 dollars for the cooler, upper bracket/lower bracket are usually like $200-$300 a piece, the hoses are around the same, the adapter is usually around $300. The adapter is probably the more easily obtainable part if matching numbers do not matter to you. I bought an adapter from DSC motorsports, it looks and functions like the original, but doesn't have a part number stamped on it like the original. Of course the price that I remember paying was under $200, but that was a year ago, check DSC motorsports' website. I had ideas of adding the cooler but found out that I need to add on a tranny cooler instead. To make a long story short I was going to use the adapter, use AN hoses and hook it up to an "EARL's" oil cooler. I got that far and dropped the idea because I would need to fab up custom brackets for the EARL's oil cooler. Anyway, hope this helps, of course the prices listed above aren't 100% accurate, but hopefully it helps. If you want to find out how much they really burn people for all original parts for the entire oil cooler set up, call Perogie Enterprises for a quote, for warned is for prepared. Later.

A little more info...

I agree with blzrrod in general; his bracket price is for the pair. The cooler is now being repro'd and it looks great. They run about $700 so that has sort of capped the value of the originals at a number +/- $700.
