getting ready to change a pan gasket and throw an new trans behind the motor in my galaxie (non FE) sorry, in preperation i've let the block drain of all antifreeze/water prior to pulling the motor, i live in nw florida but the temps at night have gotton into the 20's i'm assuming since i have zero fluid in the motor i won't have a freezing issue correct?

thanks
rick

I would be more concerned with rust than freezing. With no antifreeze there is no rust prohibitor. Also air can now work on the exposed iron...
