You would need to upgrade your valvetrain + to run that cam 674 lift and 262 @.050 durat

ion. Does your setup have the compression and intake-head flow to take advantage of a mech-roller? Do you have a 4spd or stall converter with matching rear gear ratio?
Basic starting list;
You will need to verify clearance with the pistons, upgrade to a high quality timing chain set, use the harder Durabond cam bearings, dual springs with a minimum of 500 open (more would be better) 225-250 closed. Roller rocker assemblies with endstands. Quality hardened pushrods. JMO.
