crossflow across an actual chamber (no 'chambers in the piston") pretty much defines a hemi.



explain how you can have curved valve faces in a chamber which is what would be needed to make a 4V "hemi". even "traditional" hemi's have flat valve faces and some heads that Chrysler calls "hemi" are actually pentroofed.



I say find a citation for the GAA and add it to the list.

Actually 426 Hemi valves are tuliped and follow the chamber shape pretty well.

I see the modern hemi pictured in the wiki article uses flat-faced intake valves...
