That is Perogies on the eBay auction

They use to get their z-bar parts from Crites. Maybe they are copying the part now. Crites sells the z-bar (one piece) for $75 and brackets around $35 per side. Perogies usually charges around $300-$375. If you don't mind non-stock looking parts get them from Crites. I put a one piece z-bar in my Fairlane last year. I had some issues due to the FPA headers but after all was installed, I'm completely satisfied with the one piece z-bar. That bracket looks too good for a Perogies repop. It might be NOS?
