Bill released about 10 sets of heads earlier this year. I have a set, and they are outstanding parts in my opinion. I have run them on the dyno and on the street with no problems.
He is in the process of casting up another production batch, to get a total of 40 sets built this time, I believe. He is running a little behind on this, but last I spoke with him about it he was waiting for the final 10-15 sets to be cast. After that is done, they will go to the machine shop for finish work and be ready to go. I'm guessing it will be about a month before they are ready.

I know that Bill was planning to do a couple of intakes, but I'm not sure where he is on those projects. I think he is focusing on the heads and front covers for now.

It's made by Paul Munro in Australia. I ran it on my 510" SOHC on my dyno. The manifold fit my engine pretty well and seemed to be a good quality casting. In terms of performance, it was kind of a mid range manifold. It was down on power below 4500 RPM compared to the factory 2X4 dual plane intake, and down on power above 5500 RPM compared to the Dove tunnel wedge style intake. Of the three, the Munro manifold was best between 4500 and 5500 RPM, so what you are getting with this intake is an upper mid range performance piece.

After burning through all the rockers on Drag Week, plus dropping a lash cap into #3 on Wednesday during the event, I took out the engine and tore it all down last month for a revamp. I plan to get that engine back together over the next several months. The 585" SOHC that I wanted to take to Drag Week in the first place is still sitting on my dyno, waiting for the new T&D rockers. I'll be putting that one into the Galaxie as soon as the rockers arrive and I complete running the engine on the dyno. Should be up 100+ HP from the last engine...

I spoke to Bill yesterday afternoon. Heads will be ready to ship in a couple of weeks. In the intake department, the plan is a 2X4 dual plane and a single 4V single plane much like the Victor FE.
Roger, wasn't aware you were the designated spokesman for Bill's Cammer heads. I spoke to bill Friday afternoon regarding my heads. The information I posted was information that Bill provided when questioned by me.
