I hope you and your family are OK. Has your neighborhood had to evacuate?

Thanks for checking! We live in Placentia which is in the middle of all these Orange County fires...it's unbelievable around here. My son lives in Anaheim Hills very near some wildlands so he needs to watch it. Lots of friends in these areas. I was looking at some satellite views of the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda areas (put Morningstar Drive in Anaheim Hills, Ca in your Mapquest site and zoom out on "aerial view" to see how many houses there are) and there are an unbelievable amount of houses in that area. We are at least a couple miles from any fires and our house is flame-resistant (no wood shake, stucco, etc.) so I'm pretty sure we're O.K. Sky was BLACK this afternoon.

Hopefully the Santa Ana's will calm down soon and the firefighters can get a handle on these.
