Guys,
I am in process of building a .030 over stroked 428 with edlebrock heads and a dove roller rocker system. What valve covers will work the best? I am running a solid cam with .605 lift and I was wondering if I will require a tall set of valve covers or will stock aftermarket ones work?
I really would hate to buy a set to find out I have clearance problems at start up.

You'll need talls, something like the pent proofs 4sale in classifieds. I ran into that problem with my 390, ed heads and erson rockers and I'm also running a 605 lift solid comp 294s, I did find a set of 428cj alum factory covers that clear I did have to remove the baffles, they wont go between the rockers.
these wont fit lack about 3/4"
These fit good and what i'll use
