I saw these rockers at CHRR and never heard of the brand before. I never asked but somebody else says the setup was $450. Their website doesn't show them but here's a picture on a table at Bakersfield.

I have a set coming in for inspection.

They are - surprise - coming in out of China. Pricing is very attractive - surprise - but I told the guys there I could not sell them until I had tried instaling them on a head.

I've used their investment cast stainless rockers on a 429 and they did well

with Manley 700 lb roller springs. I'm pretty sure the oval logo says PRW. They were an engine masters sponsor.

Does anyone make fully rollerized rockers?

October 17 2008, 6:18 AM

I've seen them bushed for the shaft but how about needle roller bearings instead?

Harland Sharp makes both the bushed and needle-bearing style arms. I have.......

......a set of each, plus their end-stands (billet), Rod.

I've got to think that the full roller rockers are better...

October 17 2008, 6:30 AM

but I guess it all depends upon the application and budget. I'm sure they are a good bit more expensive. I'm assuming that you need to restrict the oil flow to the full roller rockers to bearly a trickle since there is more clearance and the less of a need for lubrication.

I rubb'd on those myself this past weekend...

October 17 2008, 8:38 AM

...as the guys in the booth saw me walk'n past in my FE Forum t-shirt. I disassembled one shaft to look at the rockers, shaft, and stands. They look OK, as I prefer a bushed rocker to needle bearings(it's a fear of LITTLE parts). They were less than $500.

When you add up the price of rockrers, shafts, and stands, it's a good price. I think I'll let somebody ELSE find out if they are any good or not.

It is a nice looking set-up. The price is right to. Here is their website

I would be curious to see if anyone has run this set-up yet.
