Slightly off topic, but for a FE Fairlane or soon will be.
I have a '67 2 door sedan with a wing/vent window problem. The pin that the window pivots on is broken. I thought about rivets both aluminum and steel both bring concerns. Aluminum wears quickly and steel can promote rust. Does anyone know of a better fix? A small bolt would be not so attractive either. Not much room to work with and rather fragile stuff there.
