Jay, talked to My old Neighbor Jim Green who has run cammers for years. Told Him of the rocker problems You have had latly. He said all of the rocker problems and or failures He has seen over the years has been due to excessive spring pressures. He said cammers dont require anymore than 120 lbs on the seat. Any more and trouble will persue.
None of the like six running cammers He has exceed this pressure, not even the blown ones. Dont know what You run just something to think about. With less spring pressure and the larger clearance on the rocker to shaft would let the oil flow through them better and oil temps would be lower in that area. Food for thought. FEDER
