Straight pieces through the floor pans welded to both floor pans and along the sides of front and rear stubs are the best by far, anything else is less. Bolt ins are a complete waste of time because you can't get enough bolts in them to make it ridged which is what your trying to do. With seam sealer and paint on the bottom and carpeting on the top few would even know they were in there.
