toploader clutch questions

I've taken the clutch assembly apart on my 66 galaxie. I dont know how to determine when parts are too worn or need replaced. The fork has wear on the fingers, but how much is too much? The fork has a small hole where the pushrod interfaces it, which I would think is not a good thing. I have a 11.5 inch disc that is a dual disc. When to replace? Also, how do you know if the throwout bearing is ok. It is tight and spins fine. Are fork boots still available? Where should I look if I need to replace stuff? Do you typically clean the pressure plate / flywheel? If so, what do you clean it with?

Thanks,
Tom
