Well when I got my LWG back while still in Ca,I went to DMV for the transfer ,got all the paper work done,sale tax etc but they would give me a title until I brought it in so they could verify the vin.I never did go back as I moved but still have the sellers title signed over to me.Some day when I am back over there with the car I will trailer it in for the title.
