Just had a 406 Block done with 8 Chrome Moly Sleeves. Had a few cracked cylinders and some pitted ones. Good solid rust free block to start, just bad cylinders. Only did it, because I wanted the correct numbers block to go with the car. The final bore size will be 4.125 (slightly less than stock 4.13) and will have many other piston options available. Now, it will just sit as on the sideline while I run the 416. Plan on dressing it up and hanging onto to it.
