I don't know what the cam stats are. It was built by Dennis Sowder in Elizabethtown, KY and I cannot find him now.
The timing has been fiddled with by the mechanic (in computer terms, I'm just the user) and the problem persists.
As to fuel in the bowls, I think it has an aluminum spacer. Should I use a phenolic one?
