As long as you have 8 qrts in, it should be fine. Mine took 12 w/convertor. My tranny guy says to run it in reverse for a few minutes very first time, this will trap any loose bad crap in the filter as opposed to the governor...at least that what he said..i don't know shit, I just do what I'm told !
