Shifting at your first race gets ya going donit! You might want to shift a little earlier in the lower gears. I know, I said the same thing. But it did help. I don't know your setup, but I had a pretty good cam and it helped. Had to kind of train myself to shift sooner than I wanted. Nice Fairlane!
