no they are not power.i really don't want to use power because the bouster is so ugly. this is a hot rod 63 1/2 fastback. .30 over 428 with eld. alum heads ported by les smader, headers blue thunder 2x4 intake 4 speed. some one talked earlyer about using a drum brake m/c from a fairlane. don't know if it helped braking or was just for the saftey of dual resivors.sorry can't spell worth a shit......gopher
