If its a dual plane intake, you may have determined which of 4 possible cylinders is leaking
However, what I would do (and I apologize for the delay, had to scarf down some bird LOL) is rule out the carb.
See if you can get some carb clean down the idle air bleed on that side, see if adjusting the a/f way out changes anything. The only real way to know if it is the carb is to get inside and see if fuel flows through all the proper routes.
How much carb experience do you have? If I put a checklist up can you dive in yourself and look?
