That looks like an old Accel Turbosonic system. A very basic system, to be sure, but was one of the first mass-market kits you could get that was complete. Used to be Turbonics until they were bought up.
I still have a new SBF system in the box somewhere that I bought around 1976. Jobber on it was $650 back then. Was going to put it on my 1965 Mustang K-car, but never got around to it.
