I contacted Paypal and started a " dispute" Seller responded with it is a Torino 302 NOS part and will refund purchase price only and not shipping. I responded this morning with My sources indicate it is a 351 windsor part small block manifold. For the sake of argument and simplicity I agreed and will send it back in lieu of the refund. Will not ask for shipping amounts, will use them as payment for this lesson.
There is an Identical 351 windsor manifold on Ebay right now properly listed for 27.99 buy it now.
Same one that I got numbers and all, go figure.
