It is misleading to say SCJ but half the stuff on eBay is misrepresented, every garen variety 390 part is "427 Cobra".
The picture shows a 351W manifold and i've never seen a NOS one but $150 sounds like a deal considering used ones can sell for half of that or more.
I don't think the customer should be expected to identify it as non-429, if the seller knows what it is it should be listed as such.
Other times obviously junk items are listed with a description that vaguely hints at it's non-useful status but leaves it up to unwary bidders to decipher.
But how can you police that? Truly is buyer beware.
