| The spacer on my 390GT has slight wear, minor groove from the old timing cover seal.
3 options in order of cost:
1. machine and polish, groove from old seal is probably a couple thousandths at most. What would minimum recommended OD be?
2. Sleeve it. Seen Speedi-sleeves, not sure of cost.
3. Buy a new one. With shipping to Oz and exchange rate going to run me ~$100. Ouch.
Would prefer to use option 1 as it is a zero cost. Bad idea??? |
