most of the time i put that stuff in is semi trucks . big cat , detriot's , cummin's .i am sure that the manufacture will say to use a specific NAME BRAND but as long as u put the right weight of oil in u should be just fine . im sure it works just fine for the tiny [6.0- 7.0] diesel's to . but the stuff i usually put it in is the big motors . 14-18 liter motors . its good oil and id use it if i had a diesel myself to use it in . what about delvac
