Mechanical pump, no jet extensions, fuel is slightly running out of sight hole on front bowl but the needle assembly is already screwed down flush with the bowl. Original problem? He drives a Chevy! He's been fouling plugs and without doing any testing he's one of these guys that just starts to change things without ryhme or reason (Chevy guy) so he was hell bent on replacing thr power valve which test ok after we replaced it. I'm trying to offer some knowledgable assistance.
