At least not the ones installed in production.
The Ford HiPer parts catalog (don't remember which year) said that late 406 blocks have "cross bolt provisions". That meant that you could go to your Ford dealer, buy a set of 427 main caps, and install them on your 406 block. You would also have to drill the holes through the skirts of the block. Then you would get the block line bored.
This guy is totally full of poo in his description. He's not getting any bids with a bs story like that.
