You say a 67 but about 1988 in Reno i was in the Sands hotel pool and heard a solid lifter rumble coming in the driveway ten feet away and the power unload and reapply at the speed bump (stickshift car) I looked up and it was a white with orange stipes 69 Camaro RS pace car convertible driven by a very elderly lady. She parked and I dashed up to my room and threw on clothes but she was in the casino by then. I looked the car over and it looked very original and unrestored. 396 emblems and a 375hp one by the sound it made.
Even being a horrible Chevy I knew i'd have to ask about it so I went into the casino still dripping wet but finding an old lady in a beige coat was truly a needle in a haystack. After a quick walk through with no luck I went out to the parking lot with a note to stick under the wiper and the car was gone. |
