I haven't followed your saga that closely. I remember a thread about your initail timing. Have you mapped the advance curve? How soon is your advance all the way in?
Check the plugs for color this time around?
I have a 600 cfm you could try, it needs cleaned at the least. Rule of thumb is to verify the ignition first.
