Good point Hawkrod

Compared to stuff I purchase face to face, which seems to have about 50% chance of being as portrayed vs. rip off; to complete 10,000 successful auctions with less than 100 disgruntled buyers you must be some kind of saint. Considering that there is no accounting for some of the idiots buying stuff, makes it even more remarkable.

I would expect some margin of tolerance for such buyers but apparently that falls short of Ebay expectations.
