you must use Holley carbs. Also many of the kit Cobras, Shelby clones go this route using the oem linkage. Bill Troth and i talked to the Edelbrock rep at the local performance show last March and encouraged them to include the Holley compatibility. The rep had never heard of Dove or Blue Thunder.
