I'm so worried about a drive shaft that is not long enough, I blew threw it. I did get over $600.00 for one this spring on ebay. CAN YOU SAY LOTTO!! I was hoping for $300.00. I shipped it free. Mine did have a 65 date code. And yes I'm going to my extra garage tomorrow and bringing the Cougar over and jack it up! I need to rotate the rear tires anyway! LOL. I did find the article that says some 67 and 68 390Gts came with 8 inch rears. 81 Hot Rod mag labled Return of the Shelby. Artical by George Rutledge.
