Low oil pressure

I have Comp roller lifters on a 4874R/4874 R10 cam installed by Barry.I don't know if they have the pinoiling or not.I did run the oil pump before I installed the intake and I really don't know how to describe the oil flow coming out around the lifters other than to say it was more of an ooze rather than a squirt!(oil was cold 15w45)After rereading Jim's post it appears he has Hyd lifters so that shouldn't be causing his problem.I checked to make sure the plug wasn't left out of the oil gallery by the dist also.If anyone else has any other ideas please chime in.
