you could also just go .030 for a 410 + .030, 416ci, almost the same size engine with stronger walls- myself, I'll take the more solid, stable cylinder walls over a couple inches any day- you'd be so close in size, why bother? Non-original 428 is just a number. 410 stuff is usually pretty cheap- I just picked up a set of new .030 410 pistons for $30
