Yes the car has a chute. I take my saftey very serious. The car has gone a 10.01@139 up here in denver. I ran the car last saturday and in 8hrs. i got 2 passes. First run it went 10.75 @134 with a 1.75 60' time. Spun the tires and i had the clutch a little loose and in 4th it spun. Pass 2 i added a little clutch and went 10.10@136 with a 1.47 60'. Thats a total of 5 passes on that engine. Not to shabby I think. Oh yea the altitude corrected to 8000' above sea level. Fastest all motor street car powered by a FE in the state. A lot of people dont quite understand what it takes to run up here. Trust me its got more in it! Next year my buddies and me are planning a trip to Topeka to see what 1000' above will get us.
The car is mini tubbed with stock framrails. And yes the rear has been narrowed to get the wheels and tires in there so they dont rub.
