Small block Q series timing ( conflicting timing data from Chris Craft )

Many thanks to Herb, who sent in the notice about the 4 - degrees.

I know I had seen 10 degrees somewhere, and here are the two documents. Anyone with familiarity with these motors know which one is correct? Hey Mark, what do you use? If you are like me, I just go for the dimple on the flywheel and don't really know what the actual degree is.

Here are two documents from CC, and they appear to be contradicting one another.
