The series of 114 photo in the following string of posts are from a CD and emails Warren sent me shortly before his death. I post them here as a part of his legacy. Another thread contains photos of Warren and his family and friends, so these photos are not reproduced in this string. They can be found at this link
http://www.network54.com/Forum/503931/thread/1150735726/last-1150735726

In addition to the photos noted above and on this thread, you can read Warren's own words in an article he and your forum host collaborated on a year earlier, which can be found at the following link http://www.network54.com/Forum/424840/message/1136636730

Respectfully submitted,

Paul

The BAMBI project (Warren Pateman’s total rebuild of a 1965 38 Commander Sport Fisherman.

A story about an avid boating enthusiast from Australia, and how he totally stripped and rebuilt a 1964 Chris Craft Commander into one of the finest cruising yachts anywhere! The story says a lot about the boat, but is also says a lot about the man (the latter being the most impressive by far!)

Warren was taken from this earth way too early. God be with you Warren, your legacy lives on through the information you shared with so many.

Note the “aftermarket” aft cabin someone grafted on to this 38 Express!

The interior had been overlaid with cheap pine paneling. Arrgh, that’s just terrible.
