| First, ASTG is somewhat "jumpy". I prefer the Ford shop manual from which the ASTG is made. Next, I highly recommend the Haynes Ford Transmission book. The step-by-step pictures are very helpful. Badshoe's video is excellent. You will enjoy it.
Tools: what do you own? Bushing replacement can be a source of problems for even experienced rebuilders. A clutch compressor is worth its weight in gold.
