I have a 62 fairlane myself and i went to bumper boyz.The bumpers are like $275.00 apiece.

My Dad is looking for the complete set of engine pulleys and correct mounts for Alt/Gen, Pwr. Steering Pump. Do you have any of these??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. He has a '64 Fairlane that someone put a 302 in.

Just acquired a 62 Fairlane with solid body but need some cosmetics. Right side headlight bezel. Ford emblem center front edge of hood. Three side trim pieces both sides just forward of taillights, total six in all. Fairlane trim just above chrome strip on rear roof side panels. Also original (working) radio, steering wheel and horn rim.

i got a steering wheel and a horn ring, ring needs to be recromed. but is workable

Brian, Just wondered why you would want power steering for a 62?The 62 that I own is the easiest old car I own to drive.My 57 ford 2-dr is the fairlane that could use power steering. Tim

Because if you look at the price of the power Steering unit it will increase the Value of the Vehicle,and it makes it a good driving car. If this was an option for the car it has made it complete. And also it was called steering assist.

I have a complete power steering assembly on my 62 parts car. I can double check on the condition of it if your interested!

If you are looking for a completely restored, clean and straight 1962 Fairlane, I am selling mine. I can provide a complete description and photos. I have owned the car for several years. I am a regular show participant with the car and have it in the Back to the Fifties show each year. It is a 2 door 500 model with the optional 260 V8 and auto transmission. I had the transmission professionally rebuilt and installed with a custom shift kit last month. I have put 800 miles on it this season. No problems, it's mechanically perfect and very sharp in and out. Happy to answer any questions!
( I also have a very nice 1959 Edsel Ranger for sale. )

3)rocker panel (Mine is a 2 door, but aren't 4 doors the same wheelbase?)
