Yes,they are black bucket seats, They have an emblem on them I think its blue and silver. I don't own a fairlane so my knowledge on them is limited. I own 1 69 falcon and a pair of cougars, 68&67. Yes I can ship, where are you located because w/my job I travel a large portion of central PA.The guy that I bought these from told me that they came out of a 63 Fairlane GT.
